How We Prepare and Schedule Your Delivery
All beef is processed to order. Your order will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed and delivered frozen. This careful approach locks in superior flavour and nutrition from the volcanic soils and improved pastures of the Tablelands.
Because harvests occur monthly and every order is prepared individually, we cannot confirm an exact delivery date at the moment of purchase. Our team contacts you soon after your order to arrange a suitable delivery slot that fits your schedule.
We provide at least one week’s notice before your delivery date. In that final week you receive a clear update with the precise day and expected delivery window. On the scheduled day, your premium cuts arrive directly at your door, ready for you to enjoy.
